There is just something about little kids that attracts eyes, and provides for endless pictures. Recently, I was snapping a few shots at a Riverside Parks and Recreation event entitled "Hullabalooza." Midway through an award speech, I saw this little fellow lying on the ground zoning out. It's by no means my favorite picture of a little kid I've taken, but I think it summed up the carefree nature of children fairly well.
